Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • How To Track Order: You can track your order using the Order Tracker found here. Please allow 1-2 business days (not including weekends) for your order to process for shipment. When your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Refund Policy 

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have ​14 ​calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Used items, unless there is some manufacture defect

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at keepitcleanbcsc@yahoo.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at keepitcleanbcsc@yahoo.com and send your item to: Boulder City Soap and Candle Co., 501 Nevada Way, STE 2, Boulder City NV 89005, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at Bouldercitysoap@gmail.com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Google Pay & Apply Pay. You can also checkout with Shop pay! 
 

What is Bouldercitysoap's Guarentee?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer a hassle-free ​14-day Returns Policy from the date you received your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

How long does a bar last?

Our soaps last 3-4 weeks on average with daily use. However, if used sparingly or intermittently, it can last significantly longer, potentially several months. We recommend hanging your soap with a sudsy soap bag after each use to ensure longevity. 

How long will my refund take to process?

Once you’ve submitted your item for refund, we’ll inspect the item upon arrival and when approved, we’ll issue you a 100% refund. We’ll confirm your item and refund via email!

How will I know when my order is shipped?

Upon placing your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email confirming that your order has been placed. Shortly after, you’ll receive follow-up & update emails regarding your order, one of them letting you know your package is shipped! 

How long will before my order arrives?

Once you place your order, please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to process for shipment. Depending on the size of your order, you can expect anywhere from 3-7 days until your order arrives, but typically arrives sooner. Although during promotions and the holiday season, shipments may be slightly delayed due to higher than normal order volumes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all US orders over $60 USD. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. We offer express shipping in the US for additional fees as well.

Absolutely, our soaps are made 100% chemical-free with organically sourced, farm-fresh ingredients. Toddlers, kids, and teenagers have all seen noticeable skin benefits from using our all-natural soap!
