All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • How To Track Order: You can track your order using the Order Tracker found here. Please allow 1-2 business days (not including weekends) for your order to process for shipment. When your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info. Your tracking link can also be found on your account page under the “My Orders” tab.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward return process:

 

Return Eligibility: Items must be very minimally used with seals intact and returned within 30 days of receipt.

Refund Process: Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Important: If this is your first purchase and you're at all dissatisfied, you do NOT need to meet the usual return eligibility requirements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Should you receive a defective or damaged product, let us make it right.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Are your soaps cold-processed?

We employ the "cold processing" method and do not add heat or chemicals to our soaps.

Is Skin Restore ph balanced

Yes! Soap generally has a pH of 9+; Skin Restore was handmade with a healthy pH of 4.5-5.5.

Where does it help most with dry crepey skin?

Our Skin Restore Soap is primarily made for crepey skin on the:

  • Chest
  • Back of hands
  • Neck
  • Décolleté
  • Above the knees
  • Arms/forearms

For other areas like around the eyes, we typically do not recommend use around the delicate eye area. The skin around the eyes is thinner and more sensitive, making it prone to irritation. 

What results can I expect, and how soon?

You can expect smoother, softer, brighter, and overall improved texture/elasticity. 

Most customers see noticeable results after 2-3 weeks of consistent use.

Is this soap safe for all ages?

Yes, Skin Restore is natural and safe for adults of all ages.

But as with any skincare product, some people may experience slight irritation upon the first few uses. If this happens, reduce usage to every other day and be sure to moisturize. Always do a patch test before full use!

How long does one bar of Skin Restore last?

To extend the life of your soap, be sure to keep it dry between uses. Store it in a soap dish or container that allows for proper drainage to prevent it from sitting in water, which can cause it to dissolve more quickly.

Is Skin Restore tested on animals?

No! Skin Restore is never tested on animals and only tested on real human skin.

We handcraft every bar in our small shop in Boulder City that saves us up to 50% of carbon emissions from transportation. 🌍

Yes, (no really) even though our soap is made with coconut oil (known to clog pores) we use mindful amounts and split the amount in half by incorporating fractionated coconut oil (a refined non-comedogenic alternative). 

 

We also made sure to incorporate 3 different Kaolin Clays to help effectively draw out excess oil from the skin, helping to unclog pores. 

 

However, even with all of these efforts we still recommend performing a patch test if you have very oily or acne-prone skin.
