Yes, (no really) even though our soap is made with coconut oil (known to clog pores) we use mindful amounts and split the amount in half by incorporating fractionated coconut oil (a refined non-comedogenic alternative). 

 

We also made sure to incorporate 3 different Kaolin Clays to help effectively draw out excess oil from the skin, helping to unclog pores. 

 

However, even with all of these efforts we still recommend performing a patch test if you have very oily or acne-prone skin.

Why does my soap look different than the picture?

Our soap is handmade from scratch and not artificially processed, colored, or designed.

 

This natural process makes it difficult for us to re-create the same exact-looking bar from each batch. (we try our best 🙏)

 

The recipe, benefits, and experience will remain the same and you’ll still reap the same results, but after all, it is handmade.

I have allergies, will Skin Restore work for me?

Skin Restore is scented with therapeutic-grade and plant-derived essential oils to minimize the risk of an allergic reaction.

 

Our essential oils are used in very small amounts and diluted with 2 different carrier oils through the saponification and curing process.

 

But if you’ve experienced irritation in the past, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider or performing a patch test before committing to full use.
